Shipping costs are not included.
For payment VIKA Jewels accept Paypal and credit card.
In case of delivery outside of Indonesia (country of production) the customer is obliged to bear the customs and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so the customer should contact the local customs for further information.

VIKA Jewels reserves the right to change the prices and is not responsible for any printing errors.
Products which are "in stock" will be delivered within 14 days. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, VIKA Jewels will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock again. Or if the clients requires faster procedure or shipping each item one by one please contact email@example.com
The delivery time in that case may take up to 8 weeks.
If something has been damaged during the transit please return the jewelry to us.
We will replace it.
Items bought on sale are not returnable for exchange or refund. All sales are final.
The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days.
Goods should be returned in their original and not damaged packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
VIKA Jewels will give a two-year guarantee on all products. Include service like polishing.
Also after the purchase VIKA Jewels is still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning its goods.
