Howlite is often associated with the crown chakra, which is the seventh primary chakra in the human body. The crown chakra, also known as Sahasrara in Sanskrit, is located at the top of the head and is associated with spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and enlightenment.

Here's how Howlite is connected to the crown chakra:

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Howlite is believed to have a calming and soothing energy that resonates well with the crown chakra. It is often used in meditation and spiritual practices to help open and activate this chakra, promoting qualities such as spiritual awareness, higher consciousness, and a sense of connection to the divine. Howlite is thought to assist in quieting the mind and facilitating a deepened state of meditation.

When using Howlite for chakra work, individuals may place the stone on or near the crown chakra during meditation, energy healing, or other spiritual practices. This is believed to help align and balance the energy of the crown chakra, fostering a greater sense of spiritual connection and understanding.

Your jewelry is made of high quality 925 recycled sterling silver and all pieces have a surface treatment. These surface treatments will fade over time because of contact with clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution and many others.

Do not keep your jewelry in the bathroom because all of the moisture from your shower and sink will make the sterling silver pieces tarnish extra quickly. Jewelry bags from VIKA jewels are a great place to keep your jewelry, but you should keep in mind that it does not protect the sterling silver pieces from tarnishing and oxidation.

Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products like soap, perfume, suns cream and similar products. Do not wear jewelry when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering. Chlorine, detergents, oils, moisturisers & perfumes can all cause tarnishing and damage. Same for salt water and sand.

Remove jewels when doing household tasks. Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible. Make-up, perfume & hairspray all contain chemicals, which may dull the finish of your jewelry. Gently wipe the sterling silver creations clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin). Coil chains gently to prevent damage in storage.
